Thanks for your response. There are a couple things I'd like to do with this new color printer. First, I need to duplicate the effects of what we were using our old printer for: printing out spreadsheets with lines of data being different colors depending on the value of one field (i.e. if revenue is > $500,000 then print that line in blue, etc.). Second, I'd like to create a color logo that could be put into the corner of reports and other output. We already use Harvard G for overheads etc. – the stuff looks great. I'll pick up a book to make sure I'm kept busy for the next year but if you know of any shareware or freeware that you could suggest….. thanks. I'll also check out Adobe's forum!
