#Help – Deluxe Music

I have the old Deluxe Music Const. Set and am trying to get the music to
print on my Deskjet printer. The problem is that after printing one staff
it shoots out the paper and starts printing the 2nd staff on another sheet
of paper and so on. Anyone have any idea how I can make it print the entire
score on just one page?
If not, does anyone know of a good PD program that will allow you to enter
music by the mouse and then print it? Any help is greatly appreciated.
I forget what they're called but DMCS has two ways of viewing or printing a
score. One is in a long line and the other pages the score Go to the SETUP
menu I think and set it for page. This may not be exact (I haven't looked
at it for awhile) but I remember I had the same problem once and changed
the settings and it printed fine. Good Luck!

This is just a guess,
Your problem may be with your preferences settings, not with DMCS. I had
terrible problems getting decent printouts for months until I discovered
that DMCS was just sending the bitmapped image to the preferences, and
letting preferences worry about how to get it on the page. I discovered I
could use the graphic settings to tailor the printout anyway I wanted.
When I combined that with the print pause in DMCS, I was able to get the
correct number of scores on a page.
You may want to experiment with different preferences settings.
