I'm just a beginner with 3DS and am having a problem with text color in a FLI.
When I place the text in front of a picture, I can't get the correct text color
when I make the FLI. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong ?

Your text color problem is likely related to the fact that the FLIC format uses
only 256 colors. Take a look at custom palettes in the reference manual, pages
8-117 through 8-119. What you'll need to do is develop a custom palette that
has a decent sampling of colors from both the background -and- your lettering.
