System Clock Trouble!

I'm having an unusual problem with my Amiga 2000 and I'm hoping someone
here will have some ideas as to what's going on. My machine is equipped
with an A2620, A2091, A2058, A2286, and some PC stuff on that buss. A
couple of days ago I installed new ROM chips for the A2620 and the A2091
which were supposed to correct minor bugs and timing problems. Since then
I've had one major timing problem.
When I boot the machine the system time is loaded from the Real Time Clock
and all is well. I use Mach so I have a clock sitting in the menu bar.
The problem is NOW the system time is losing about 15 minutes per hour that
the Amiga is running. This shows in the Mach time and also in system time
when a file is saved. The file is saved with the wrong time. When I issue
the command SetClock OPT Load from the CLI then the time is restored to the
correct time!
I've tried booting from a floppy to see if it was system software but the
problem persists. I've also tried booting into 68000 mode to see if the
68020 had anything to do with it but the problem was still there. Any
ideas or help would be greatly appreciated, I'm a bit lost with this one!

Try moving the jumper on J300 from pins 1-2 to pins 2-3.

Khalid experienced a similiar problem, not so long ago, and what he did
was to move J300 over, from pins 2-3 to 1-2. It worked, but you'll still
lose a few seconds or so per hour. What happened in his case was that the
power supply was sending out a garbage TICK signal to the 8520 and the rest
of the system. You might want to try that.
