glenn: what can i say. i am speachless. herbie blew me away tottaly. fantastic work. i love it. now comes the magic question: HOW DID YOU DO THAT?! texture is fantastic, what is it? the motion and the movment are so real i cant believe i am looking at a computer generated animation. its too good. please explain a little more in detail how you did this. bravo and keep it up. ara

Thanks Ara. The fish was texture mapped with a picture of a real fish and then Opacity mapped and Bump mapped with textures I painted on High Rez QFX. As for the motion, I simply used Yost Group's MANTA WAVE PXP. Just goes to show there's still some kick in those old IPAS's yet! I created 10 morphs using manta wave , cyled them a few times in the keyframer, and finaly built a path – attatched the fish, and used FOLLOW to get it to bank. I was a little suprised at how it turned out myself! <g>. Hope this answers your questions. Glenn 4Di.
