The P & P manual I refer to is the ATC Policies and Procedures Manual, kinda
like the "rules and regulations" that all ATCs must read and follow in order to
maintain their certification as an ATC. I don't know how the Autodesk legal
department would feel about sending out copies of it. Call the Learning Systems
Group to find out.
For ArcCAD Learning Center information, contact ESRI directly. I don't have the
person's number handy with me, but her name is Alaknanda Murkurjee. I can look
it up if you need me to.

I've spoken with Phil Leverault at Fox Valley about the 14,000 hours
requirement and it seems that is a State mandated number for nondegreed
persons. Which brings up an interesting point if you can teach basics in PA
with 400 hours and Wisconsin won't even let you in a classroom without 14,000
hours there seems to be a major problem with included States Requirements
too…don't you think?
If we've got to take in to account all the different state requirements, which
maybe we really don't for these purposes..but if we at least try to get an
overview of what all the different states are throwing in to the pot then we've
got an increasingly complicated task in our definitions. Just Rambling. <g>
