#Toaster 4000 PROBLEM!

There IS a problem in trying to 'phone the NewTek experts. It is unfortunate
but I am partly deaf and have considerable problem hearing anything on the
'phone.
I did send NewTek a long FAX where I had written down everything that happened
(and did NOT happen). I have not had a reply up to now. Suppose that they
reserve their Help Line for those fortunate folk who can use the 'phone.
No printer attached. Yes… we moved the BNC's to the 2000 position, also
moved the jumpers (at bottom of board) – as per the Manual setup for the 2000.
Maybe we were unwise to get the Toaster 4000. The old Toaster we traded in to
NewTek worked like a dream. I wish we had it back.

Hillary, I also got the upgrade, toaster 4000 and 3.0 software in a2000 amiga.
All installed fine. I found out that the new card just does not like b/b in to
input 1. The hue is way out, no matter what i do. i'm running boths sources to
inputs 1 & 2, this works fine. I'm still going through a learning curve, so
can't comment on other bugs. I did go through the windmill trying to get in
touch with newtek. I think it's being run by kids, but you said that already.
