I am having problems when rendering a large animation while running 3ds under Windows 95. Once it runs out of RAM, I get a "no ram for bitmap" error, and it fails to do any swapping. I was wondering what the "correct" settings should be to avoid this problem. I have to run 3ds out of 95, until I can get it to run in dos mode and still recognize my scsi drive 🙁 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Adam Holmes (using John's account)

I think Win95 do not swap to disk with the Pharlap manager. As long you have enough RAM for your file it's OK but if you have to swap to disk 3DS will stop the rendering. I have not heard of any specific setting to overcome that fact like in OS/2. Pierre
