Does anybody know of any CD ROMs that contain legal reporters, such as the
Federal supplement?

The Commerce Business Daily is published weekly on CD-ROM. Is that what
you are looking for? Published by PANATECH, tel 205 883-3528.

There is a growing gaggle of legal reporter CD-ROMs available in
California. Publishers include Bancroft Whitney, West Publishing (soon),
Law Disc and Matthew Bender. Most of them cost a small fortune.

Hi David,
If you really mean Fed Supp itself, with the West key numbers, squibs and
case headers, that's copywritten material and would be available only from
West or a licensee. I haven't heard that it's available, but you could
check with West in Minnesota (Minneapolis, I think). There are other
CD-ROMs available with the full text of cases, generally in specific areas
of law, such as tax, and from specific jurisdictions, e.g., states. I
think one of the regulars here puts out a CD-ROM for New Hampshire or
Vermont, in fact. There is a Matthew Bender add for its Personal Injury
series in the October issue of the ABA Journal.
If you find out more, I'd be interested to know the upshot.

We publish the New Hampshire Reports (the real thing <g> not a West
'Reporter') on CDROM, along with statutes and a bunch of other yankee
goodies. Vermont is on the RSN list. 603-446-7979
The only Federal CDROM I'm aware of is Hyperlaw, which is Supreme
Court slip opinions. 800-825-6521. Tell Alan I said he should hang out here
rather than LawSig<smile>.
There are several states published on CD–let me know which ones
you're interested in, and I may be able to help you.
