HI Betty and Jim. Thanks for the ideas. Here's what I'm finding. I typed More s: User startup and got–Can't open file The printer driver in Prefs says "Generic" with Parallel, Pica, 6 lines, draft and narrow tractor settings. My Serial setting is ok. My modem is already set to RTS/CTS. To the command Install HDO:Check I got the message–Please insert volume HDO in drive.
