Hi Hi Hi There my little Droogies I had to change my main display to 16M colors (R.4) to run the Mirage IPAS. I'm glad to see that you seemed to have fixed the color problems with spline arrows and grids that affected R.3 in 24Bit. But it still runs slower and I notice that 256 color is still recomended for main display. It would really be nice if there could be a 256 color main display that you could switch to 16M when you wanted (ie Function key F4 could be Keyframer 256, and F5, Keyframer 16M) or maybe even have some kind of call in the software that could automaticly switch the resolution when needed. I know that a lot of the new IPAS will use true color so I'm sure some of these ideas will be useful. ( While we're all waiting for Windows 95 maybe you guys could put a few of these and other ideas into a 3DS R. 4.5 <G>) BTW R.4 is GGGGRRRRREEEEEAAAAATTTTTTTTTT.!!!!!!!!!!! But please send out the Spline modeler when you get working, (no charge of course) I was really looking foward to it. (could something be worked out with that german Nurbs program???) Bye Bye see ya 'round -David

For now, you'll have to get used to using two different 3ds.set files… 1 for 8-bit and the other for truecolor displays. – G
