I have sent a similar message to Jonus (Adesk). Is there any reason for a delay in shipping prepaid rel2 to rel4 versions? If so, what is delay and how long will it last? Dealer says they should have begun receiving them. They also say can't get through to find out why the delay? Thanks in advance. TD

Thomas, I am not aware of any reason there would be a delay. There are many dealers that have already recieved updates, and apparently there are some that have not. When dealing with a shipment going out to dealers all over the country, it is not unusual for some dealers to recieve packages before others. You dealer should have a hotline both to Autodesk Sales as well as Autodesk technical support. I don't know why they wouldn't be able to get through to someone to double check the status of their orders. If your dealer hasn't heard anything shortly, then by all means encourage them to call Autodesk and find out the status of their orders. -Brian

I don't know if that is just for the U.K. or for Europe entirely. When you sent the FAX to Autodesk Paris, did they not know, or did they not answer you? They should be the ones to have that information. -Brian
