I was using no antialiasing in the auto-reflect setup. I bumped it up,
jaggies went away. There is a note on page 9-39 of the reference manual
which says that the flat map option ignores the anti-alias setting.

I played with the shininess, specular color, and reflection % for a while.
Still not quite sure of how all those are combined. If specular is 0, you
will not get a reflection, even with shininess and reflection set at 100%.
It appears that these 3 are all "and"ed to form the degree of reflection.
Seems that specular shouldn't make a difference, but it does. Personally
would prefer that it didn't, and allow it to perform it's "intended"
function (i.e., specular color).
