Kermit, I'd like to continue this thread, but perhaps not be too positive about things…:) I also like ImageF/X; I have an older version that was won in a contest. I realize that if I want to continue to do great things, I need to upgrade. Soo…I call GVP today to do so (yes, I am calling to *give* them my money), and I can't get through!! I'm asked to leave my name, number, etc…this was early this morning (around 10:00am, EST), and no one called me back today. If this is the kind of treatment I get when I call to buy something, I have serious reservations regarding the Tech Support… Jonathan

I'll look into your message/upgrade request when I get into the office again, but please bear with us through a somewhat uncontrollable time. GVP has been closed for pretty much the entire week last week due to a major ice storm that clogged up roadways, pulled down power lines, messed up phone systems, etc. We've built up a backlog of callers who left messages and we're doing our best to call people back in the order they called. It shouldn't be too long before we get back to you, and we hope to be fully caught up this week. BTW, I'm saying this as snow is falling, with local forecasts calling for 6 inches by noon tomorrow… 🙁 Gary Nush Product Manager, Amiga Division Great Valley Products, Inc.

Gary, I can sympathize, but only so much. I live in Albany, NY – and we've been socked pretty badly, too. Still, the business keeps on flowing. Hopefully, we can hook up soon. Jonathan
