I'll look into your message/upgrade request when I get into the office again, but please bear with us through a somewhat uncontrollable time. GVP has been closed for pretty much the entire week last week due to a major ice storm that clogged up roadways, pulled down power lines, messed up phone systems, etc. We've built up a backlog of callers who left messages and we're doing our best to call people back in the order they called. It shouldn't be too long before we get back to you, and we hope to be fully caught up this week.
