Mike, One solution, which is quite simple, is to get a small parallel extension cable, say 3 feet, and attach the block to it, so that its rests on the ground… then the printer cable won't be putting stress on the block… John

With the massive proliferation of hardware available, its the components and support of them that makes all the difference. What memory manager do you use with systems with more than 64mb? Dennis, Its really hard to say what could have happened. I'd look into how the bios was setup to handle the IDE, which is actually an EIDE which has different requirements. Your best bet is to call Micropolis or make a visit to the Winnt forum… John
