If I bought an mpeg encoder/decoder card, would it be possible to make an animation in TGA files and save it in an mpeg format? – getting real time 24bit animatio multires on computer instead of out putting on video.

Does anyone know if there is a program that I can run a sequence of TGA files done on 3ds2? – (basicly a program like aaplay/aniplay but the capability to display 24bit colour and not 256 shades of colour) Very grateful for any comments.
