They also find the "Wormhole" in DS9 to be fathomable. But at the same time they no little about the Space Shuttles. This is probably my fault. (:-( On my cable system (TCI), when a shuttle goes up they have 24 hours a day coverage, with a feed from NASA. At times it is boring with a graphic of the shuttle orbiting the earth, but when the astronauts are doing something they show you a live feed on the screen. I marvel at this! When they walked on the moon, you didn't see it for quite some time, can't remember the delay, they might of had to wait to develop the film <G>, but it wasn't spontaneous. Now we can watch,as well as the dreaded Russians, the astronauts as they work, including all of the blemishes. All in a days work. Hey who knows, we may meet on the promenade at Jupiter for the '27 Siggraph. Won't 3D rides be a bore? Here's to you from my 486/50 soon to be a 786/2000. Fred
