Patrick — Sorry for the long delay in response, I've been benighted at our UK office, where they weren't able to put together a modem and serial cable for me to log onto CompuServe (no kidding!). I've just returned today, so I'll dig through the pile of waiting correspondence for your disk, take a look at the files — may I post them here if they prove to be a general solution for this question? John Olsen isn't on CIS, so far as I know, though I might be able to get a triangle going here where he sends files to me and I post them.
