The modem is a Smart One from Best Data Products. It has V.22 bis if that tells
you anything. What I'm saying is that I don't know if it has hardware error
correcting. I'm using a local access number for CompuSeve. I'm looking into
OzCIS so I can automate my access to CI$ and cut some of my costs. I have dl'd
the documentation formated for WinWord 2.0 and will review it today.
Thanks for your support, if I come up with something concrete on the problem, I
