Michael, You might want to jump over to the BP+ (Broadcast Professionals) forum, as well. I think I remember seeing a number of notes over there that were very critical of the stability and dependability of both VM and Matrox. While I've personally had my share of trouble with the Toaster, mine appears to be a fairly isolated case. IOW, the Toaster works, and has for a long time. I remember when I bought my first Toaster about two years ago, a fired up Matrox distributor laughed at me and told me how I should've waited another month for the "Toaster killer" that was going to make my equipment instantly obsolete… Jerry
