<The bit about putting a dissolve between cuts. I noticed this just yesterday.
I had a bunch of straight cuts and it studder on each cut. I changed them to
dissolves and the studdering cleared up.>
That's funny, cause I had just the opposite happen to me on several occasions!
Actually, the last frame froze for each clip during the dissolves.
