Mark: What a cartload of nonsense you spout. In the Amiga manual, absolutely nothing is said to alert the user that any consideration whatsoever should be given prior to purchasing or installing an IDE drive. You're a big-shot Amiga dealer: go find me a reference in the Amiga manuals that urges caution in purchasing or installing an Amiga drive. I encounter difficulty, voice my frustration here and you essentially say I don't know what I'm doing. Well, if that's the case, then how come Commodore has allegedly revised the motherboard to rectify the problem you claim doesn't exist? This kind of double-talk, no doubt, plays a large part in your public lamentations about the difficulties you face as an Amiga dealer. Denial of reality is not a valid sales technique. Jerry
