Dana, It is frustrating to try to handle CompuServe with a regular terminal program when you are new here. There are several ways to make this easier. First of all, we have a free PRACTICE forum that you can use to learn how the system works. They will teach you whatever you need to know to navigate the system, and will give you many ideas for getting the most for your money while online. One of the very best ways to get the most for your money on CompuServe is to use one of the automated pacages. For the Amiga, that is AutoPilot, which you can download from AmigaVendor, Library 9. You will be downloading a working demo which works only on the Amiga forums, but it will let you see how easy it is to use CompuServe with the right software. Once set up, and you see that you like it and want to keep using it, you register it online, and get an email message that turns your working demo into a full registered version that can use all the forums. It makes it SO easy! But only if your Amiga has 2.04 or late OS, a hard drive, and 2M or more of memory. I do hope you can use it. But do take time in PRACTICE to learn about the system. Betty
