Chris, I'm using a 500 with 1 meg-now expanded to 3 megs. Without the extra memory on, PageStream goes crash happy and can't be used for any kind of work. It won't print and crashes every 5 to 20 minutes ("crash" includes Guru's, and "lockouts", where all the gadgets and pulldown menus remain active-but have no effect). (With 3 megs, very few problems) If Soft Logik wants to print "1 megabyte required" on the outside of the Pagestream box, they should include a 2 meg expansion inside. Barry
