Geo, I don't want to carry this on too long since we are in the Amiga Forum, but I am curious about your average TSO address space size ? Also, how much TSO foreground processing goes on there (don't count in CICS users) ? I suspect that with VM on a 3090-600 it would be possible to run 1400+ users with minimum virtual machine size of 2M. We have a series of 3090-400s and Amdahl 5890s and we are getting about 1100-1200 virtual machines on (including SQL servers, batch, etc). One way or another it sounds like you're setting up you IPS profiles properly to get that good trivial response time. Steve
