I also have this same problem with my A4000/040, Buster 11, cpu 3.1. I
have to turn all caches off just to scan. I also have a problem when
using Gigamem and the scanner software on very large files (30megs or
larger). I don't have any of these problems when using ImageMasters
Scanner software though, I can leave my caches on too 🙂
