Bill, it's a graphic COnferencing program – presently for use here in the Amiga forum's CO area. With it you create a picture of yourself which you can easily animate on the fly and see other CTV users animations as well. Additionaly, there are sounds to go with the program.…

Steve, I think that we should be happy that CBM is advertising and leave where they place their ads up to them. Do you think theatre goers don't use computers? Marlene

Mary, ASDBVD.ARC in DL9 – there may be other files related to the ASDG RRD such as a sample startup-sequence and mountlist. Let us know if you need help swetting it up. Marlene

Morrell, you need ARC.EXE (DL4) and the doc file ARC.HLP (DL1). Rename to ARC and put it in your C directory on Workbench, then to unARC a file CD to the disk and/or directory where the ARCed file is (make sure that it has a .ARC extender) and type ARC…
No Jeff, that's all you need to do – it will be merged ASAP. Marlene
Yup, that's what I do – and it doesn't work for me – actually the only difference is I used the pull downs instead of the keys to do it. Marlene
Hmmmm….I've tried marking, searching and cutting and I get a msg that tells me that I have to mark a block to cut a block. I'll go back and play with it some more. I must be doing something wrong. Marlene
You're right Charlie – I sure hope most developers will be encouraged to use it to communicate between applications and that it will become a standard. Marlene BTW, instead of having to search thru the manual (laziness showing), is there a way in TxEd that I can mark a block…
Joe, I haven't asked CIS this time and I can't get to LA in January anyway. I'll help Perry out in Chicago tho. Marlene
YUP!
Right Jim, as I said to Jim Moran I think there are far better Amiga things to report on instead of ridiculous garbage like that. Marlene
Roy, I don't feel that $49.95 is a deterrent as it is a very reasonable price for such a powerful macro language. (I know you agree the price is fair). Theoretically there probably isn't any commercial product an Amiga owner needs to buy as the shareware and PD pgms are…
Jim, we are in total agreement – I wasn't implying that anyone should boycott the software or CBM all I meant is that if someone feels so strongly against a particular authors' policies, politics or whatever then just don't buy the software. Being against the company whose computer the software…
Thanks Jerry and Happy Holidays! Marlene
James, it seems to me that there are much more interesting things going on with the Amiga that you can be reporting about other than Timothy Leary writing Amiga programs. Marlene
John, I understand what you're saying but not all software companies can afford such elaborate package design and all the stuff included in the package. Big companies like Activison, EA, Broderbund etc. are far better equipped finacially for things like that and realistically it's the game you're going to play,…

Ted, I think you're being a _little_ harsh with Perry. First of all I agree that it very well may inhibit the sales of his new game when people find out about the registration. However, Perry (ASDG) is trying to find a reasonable, workable way that profits both the Amiga…

Anyone is entitled to write software – boycotting a company because someone doesn't like a particular person is ridiculous. Boycott the software, not the computer. Marlene

Don't I know it – it cost me a fortune and I live here. Parking alone was more than most people paid for their hotel rooms .
