#101671 Aspect Ratios Message #102358
Thanx for your reply.
#101640 #Aspect Ratios Message #102357
Since computer pixels are square, you'll want an aspect ration of 1.0 The formula for NTSC (and I think it works for PAL, too) is HEIGTH divided by WIDTH times 1.3333 Super. Thanks for the info. Maybe in the next upgrade, this will be automatic.
#101598 #Aspect Ratios Message #102356
The correct ratio should be the same as 640×480 which is 1. I once knew how to calculate ratio's but as most of them are already in my head, I've forgotten how to do it. Thanx much. (Math is icky, isn't it? B-)

*Have you checked out mmplay from S'Blaster..playing fli's in windows is a drag *cos' of windows pallet restrictions….(win reserves the first 10 or 16 colors *for their menu system) That's nothing a little palette manipulation won't solve… I prefer Windoze to DOS for MultiMedia.

#20353 #synching animations Message #20399
Thanks. It worked fine for matching the beat of the music to the frame numbers. Unfortunately, the file will be too big (125 seconds times 30 frames per second) to play inside the 3DS player at a set speed.
