From: Dale Schoeck Amiga User Forum · Personal Apps August 30, 1995 3:36 AM
John, On that bad audio pop at the start of a timeline audio track, try double clicking on the new scene after you put it on the timeline. This brings up an "Edit Audio Data" window. Pick "EDIT ENVELOPE", then "Split". Place the crosshairs near the beginning of the scene…

Paul, Check the titlebar at the top of the program. They are shipping 2.6 on disks labelled 2.5. It seems that the program was released in Germany as 2.5, but then they found a few loose bugs and revised it again. Dale

Paul, You are Summit Graphics, right? I got both Amiga Gang tapes, and I saw some of your work. I use those tapes as a kind of inspiration… when I get tired of wrestling with learning the software, I usually put one of those tapes in the VCR. I hope…

>Still no waveform though, right? No, no waveform within the MovieShop program. Music videos cut to the beat would be a little more difficult, but not impossible. The audio recording and audio cutting tools do display timecode, which could be used as a reference. You can also split the audio…

I second that, I have a PC 386 that sports 4 Meg RAM, CGA Display, serial, parallel, and 2 PCMCIA slots. It runs for DAYS on a set of 4 AA batteries. If they can stuff all THAT into a 1.3 pound package that almost fits into a pocket, then…

Yeah, and one thing that bothers ME is that you have to support three bus standards to support the whole Amiga line (A600, 1200, 4000). Cards that plug into one will not plug into the others, forcing developers to make a choice and split up valuable R&D money. I'd like…

Call Noahji's up and request the newest docs… it isn't in print yet, but is on disk (Sans illustrations). The new manual blows the doors off the old one. They also just got the newest beta version of the MovieShop a couple of weeks ago, and it has some enhancements…

#97147 Flyer Questions Message #97165
From: Dale Schoeck Amiga Vendor Forum · NewTek December 17, 1994 4:22 PM
But, I called NewTek the other day and was told that the Flyer includes 16-bit 8-track stereo audio as part of the system. Why would you want an AD1012 when the flyer will include a much greater capability as part of the deal? Dale
#134097 Pinouts for 1902 RGB Message #134235
From: Dale Schoeck Amiga User Forum · Amiga Hardware February 27, 1994 9:56 PM
Dave, I did it and it will work, almost. When I bought my first Amiga a few years ago, I kludged a cable using the Amiga and 1902 pinouts. The problem is that the monitor will interpret any colors outside of its (limited) range as white. You will be missing…
#20 Questions Message #132994
From: Dale Schoeck Amiga User Forum · Hot News and Rumors February 21, 1994 1:04 AM
Not a question, but a suggestion… and probably will not be included in the list. Why doesn't Commodore work more closely with the users to try and get some advertising out? I mean, if they are planning to sell with word-of-mouth anyway (and apparently, they are…) then it would make…
From: Dale Schoeck Amiga Vendor Forum · NewTek October 21, 1993 4:28 AM
Larry, Are you mounting the drive as an MS-DOS drive beforehand? If not, the Amiga will not see the disk as a legal volume. You need AmigaDos 2.1 or a program like CrossDos to acess those 720k IBM disks. If you have AmigaDos 2.1, then go into a CLI window…

Just got my newsletter yesterday. I had a few questions about the DM and Imagin 3.0. What kind of port will the dream machine need for its I/O? I have a 1200 and want to be sure I configure it to work with the DM when it becomes available. Will…
Emplant Message #102552
From: Dale Schoeck Amiga User Forum · Bridgeboard/AMAX June 2, 1993 4:13 AM
I was asking how I could get more info on the Emplant and possibly purchase one, but it seems I had a bad connection on the last post and most of the message was lost. Can anyone tell me who I can call to find out more about this board?…
