Stephen, While I didn't specifically design the Movie Machine to run under OS/2, I'm surprised it crashed. It is written is Visual Basic which is supposed to run under OS/2. However, in the program, I did make a Windows API call, SNDPLAYSOUND, that might not be supported under OS/2. OS/2…

Stuart, You might want to download MOVIE.ZIP from the Utilities library. It allows you to loop animations, script them together, and assign background MIDI files as well as .WAV files to individual frames in each animation. Hope this helps, Dieter

Yes, I found out more about AVI today. I will need to make a conversion program from my MVE format to Microsoft's AVI. Later, I may be able to incorporate AVI-in and AVI-out commands, but that's in the future. For now, The Movie Machine doesn't support AVI format.

Bill, Autodesk does not plan to produce any more releases of AutoCAD for SCO Xenix. The good news is that AutoCAD Release 11 for SCO Unix has just been released by our QA department for shipping. We also plan to support an SCO Unix version of AutoCAD Release 12. Dieter
