They seem to work fine, including DosShell, The one problem (Besides Atime) that I am having, is creating a file through Jlink i.e. JLINK D: RAM:RAMDISK /C But I just did the "creating" in XT mode and then went back to reading and writin' in 386 mode, which works fine……

The guy who sold me my 386si said he was selling it because he was a beta tester for a 386 BB, that was working very well i.e. VGA ect… This is not a commodor product…. Fred E.
