Personally, I think 900 numbers would be a great idea. If your machine is under warranty, CBM reimburses you for the call. If you have a legitimate beef in the tech's opinion, CBM pays. Otherwise, you pay a (hopefully) reasonable fee for their time. Keeps the overhead down, y'know? Tell…
