Haven't you heard? "Windows 95" has now been delayed until the 21st century, will be introduced as "Windows 2001", and will run on Intel's secret new VERY-RISKY-processor — the HAL II. And they'll be running an ad that opens with a prehistoric 8088 picking up a club… –apl

That's interesting. There apparently was another interim SetPatch. I purchased one of the early "Release 2" packages with the 2.04 ROM, and the "Version 2.04" Workbench and Install disks. Not sure if this will work, but it's something I might try: Copy another small file into the directory under the same name of your Dracula-file, then try to delete it. For example, try: copy c:dir xxx:__Vmem delete xxx:__Vmem where "xxx:" is whatever directory that has this bad file. –apl

I have tried to use NComm 2.0 with xprbplus and xprquickb libraries, but it hasn't worked with either. It's not the libraries themselves, since they worked fine with Term 2.4. I'm used to NComm 1.9 so I'd rather use 2.0, but not if I can't use the CIS B protocols.…
