Jim You might want to try booting with the extensons turned off.. you do that by holding the Shift key down when the system is booting. (If I remember right you have system 7.0 on your system) Let me know if that helps Dave

I have read over the last year or so that most SCSI controllers don't work on the A4000.. 🙁 You might want to check out the DKB's 4091 card or the one by Expanson Systems for the A4000.. and of those 2 I would spend the extra on the 4091…
