I use OmniPlay V1.23 to play and convert .WAV files ti 8SVX IFF's. It works fine! I think the archive is called oplay.lha here in the Amiga forums. -Troy

I would have put more thought into a commercial dos extender. We used Rational (DPMI compliant) on a job we just finished. The program uses the Flat memory model, the full blown dos4g extender, fully supports VESA, it even plays 8 bit sound samples. We have no problems under OS/2…

Go over to the Microsoft forum, there is a *free* upgrade from MS-DOS 6.0 to MS-DOS 6.2. It fixes some problems, and may help you.
