You will have to contact CompuServe directly via GO FEEDBACK. However, it is highly unlikely that you lost anything more than one file (if that). Disconnection does not remove files from your disk that have already been downloaded.

If the machines are located close to each other a network would be the best solution. If they are not close to each other, but all machines sport a scsi interface, I'd get a nice external 2giger or so that I can carry from machine to machine.
