You'd have to know the wiring codes of your joystick but the pinouts of the Amiga joystick/mouse ports are pretty well documented (my "A4000" book lists "POTX" as Pin 5 and "POTY" as Pin 9 in "Appendix B: Input/Output Connector Pin Assignments). Good luck.
