>> Most big ticket packages ( including Autodesk products) have a return policy. If a product does not perform as advertised, you have every right to return it.
>> …but did you see Wincim as an import possibility.
>> We think this is due to the flare utility basing on lights rather than objects, and lights don't show up in the bitmap object location file provided by Studio for the use of IXPs.
>> Do you know if NavCis can import CSNav's filing cabinet and address book.
>> Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, Eyebrowse is not slated to return to LenZFX. Some people loved it, some people hated it but now it's gone.
>> There is also a problem with light and object positioning if you use YOST Flame or Vapor AXP's. In other words, don't use Flame or Vapor if you want to use LenZFX.
I haven't rec'd my upgrade yet. Does this means that you are holding shipments until Oct.23 when the 2.01 version ships. – ej

Spacy Hubble backgrounds
Message #193659
Can anybody point towards a source (Internet I would imagine) for 24 bit Hubble pictures for use as 3DS backgrounds? I know they're out there but I can only seem to find gifs which are far to color starved for me . TIA. – ej

WHIZBANG?

>> The generated mesh for 3DS has texture vertices and the map, from left or right photo, is mapped accordingly.
>> Have you ever heard anyone complain "Hey, this product has too much documentation!" … it's critical that the software authors spend as much time as possible outlining all the things they can think of. In many cases, they are literally writing the first and last word on the software.
>> Did you get special pricing at Siggraph?
>> I you didn't receive Fader ask Scot and he should give it to you.
>> Sculptor also has a very complete manual. The manual has a large number of graphics showing exactly what each tool does.

>> Synthonics has also devised a converter to allow you to export the mesh w/maps DIRECTLY TO 3DS format!
#Time Logging

>> The concept is to make a mesh from a photo and wrap the photo around it. Great concept, but how does it work?
>> Since the 15th, we have added 3 or 4 great new features to LenZFX 2 that will make it even more powerful and customizable.

#W95 NT shell
Message #191156
Having just installed NT this morning, I am in search of the beta Windows 95 shell for NT as I am _way_ too addicted to the W95 interface to live w/o it. I've heard that it is available here on CIS but I'm clueless as to where to find it.…

Message #190926
Do the Mirage people have a CIS account? If so what's their cis id? I'd like to ask them if they plan to make an AXP or KXP for MAX. The manual implies that they "were" going to make one but never got around to it. I _really_ would like…
