VLAB and Retina are handled by MacroSystems US, not Microbotics. MacroSystems has no support (official) on CompuServe (even though their manual says they do). -Chas
I think the problem was with bursting the A3000 ZIPs. I have since changed to non-burst and it all works fine — PAR, LW, etc. -Chas

SOunds like each frame has a different pallette. This would both cause DPaint to choke and possibly glitch anims. Lock your palette by changing to "use existing palette" after loading frame #1. (There may be a better way. I don't know if IM can optimize palettes for an anim.) -Chas
