I've used Dos-2-Dos reliably for some time. You may have CrossDos already and MessDOS is a shareware program that does something similar. D2D just does simple file transfers and directory reads. I can't think of any Amiga wordprocessors that don't export ASCII. WordWorth also exports RTF and other clone formats…
