#FrankenGVP Message #193329
Well, to all the people who have called GVP dead, I have to give them a rasberry PPPBBBBBBBBBBBBBTTTTT! I just spoke to Ken Horton at GVP today, while Iwas at work. He said that GVP was going to be sold, and that was confirmed by our supplier. So we should…
A-Max Problems Message #186970

I don't know why that would occur. I was running amax 2+on my a2000 using 1.3, and the 2.x upgrade didn't seem to mind. The latest revision of the software is 4.0 and it requires a chip upgrade as well. I have just recently done this and it works great!…

Get a toaster oven. They give you 9 drive bays, all of your slots, and they are available now.

"In the Amiga world people are still expecting the latest software to run on their 10 year old 1000's and 500's." I find it deeply encouraging that the people with their "10" year old 1000s, 500s and such ARE able to run the latest software, thanks to some creative engineering…

I agree that the creators of the software deserve their compensation, but some software prices are outrageous, especially in the WINDOZE and Lackingtosh worlds. I also agree that hardcore pirateers will probably stop at nothing to illegally duplicate software. The point that I was trying to get across was that…

One of the floppy disks should be named Install, on the 3.0 disks. There should be 5 disks, labeled Install, Workbench, Fonts, Extras, and Locale. The Install disk should have an English installation program on it. Kim
#149408 #Hard drive Message #149760
Well, I believe that one of the Amigados 3.0 disks is called Install. Just stick it in, and follow the instalation procedures.
I agree with you Mike. I like dealing with TS, and I think that this is just an Isolated incident.

I have heard of the other way around, where TS was getting the digruntled KJ customers. I have yet to see a comparable display in KJ or any other dealer. I have been to creative and century and compuhelp, and I have to repeat my original query," are there any…
Creative Computers Message #149757
Don't get me wrong, J. I like doing business with T.S. I am just curious about other people that have a problem with them, since they have seemed to bend over backwards to help me. I have had only exceptional contact with TS, and my comment about Martin was not…

Dongle suck! I hate having to power down a system to swap out a joystick or parrallel port dongle. My ideal world would have the companies cut their final cost by getting rid of the dongles and passing the savings on to the purchaser. People don't balk at buying cheap…
Does Amblin Imaging sell Amigas? I would expect you guys to have a good relationship with newtek, and getting your screamers/Raptors through them. But if you have a store there on the backlot, let me know!

I have a A2000 with a GVP 2000hc controller and a quantum lps 50mb drive. I am trying to add a Fujitsu 1gb drive to the chain, and I can't get the card to recognize that the drive is there. I have tried to reconfigure the drives physically, putting the…
