All things being equal, I agree. But when an ENORMOUS company like Nintendo wants to squash no more than a start-up company, I think even if they don't have a case, they can have the small company spending all it's resources in lawyer's fees rather easily!
As consumers we put our money on the line to support the Amiga. Its up to C= to sustain our faith and nuture third party support, not us! The Amiga has done well in the past despite C=. I hope for all our sakes it continues to do well!
