>> Alex, Does that Supra deal apply to overseas (Australia)?
Jonathan.. I use the standard Ami port in my 3000T all the time at 115k..Had to get rid of serial.device but.. Any and all.. Depending on what you are transfering and what you are connecting to, most people wouldn't even notice the difference between 57.6 and 115.2. Most of the…
>>What many people do not understand is that in most cases, except for modifcation made to firmware, all modems are basically the same that use the same chipset. In this case, the Best Data uses the same chipset as found in the Supra, Zoom, and other Rockwell houses. I expect…
The version of GPFax you have is the class 2 version. You need to get the newer version of GPFax (2.346 or higher) that combines the class one and two versions. Then install the new software selecting the LC as your modem type. Alex Johnson Supra Corp (You need to…
>> Did Newtek disclose any hooks for taking the digital output from the program port and putting it right back into the Flyer as a digital file? The possibilities are endless and a hell of a lot of fun to think about.
>> BTW, the Sportster does no support V.terbo > It does support V.34, V.FC, V.32bis, V.32, V.22bis, Bell212A/V.22, V.23, V.25 and Bell 103/V.21 > It supports what I believe is all the data compression schemes out there, V.42/MNP 2-4 and V.42bis/MNP 5. On the fax side V.17, V.29 and V.27ter.
Hi.. A couple of things.. On the Supra 288- the V34 version of this modem is now shipping, it supports V34, VFC (Rockwell's early implimentation of the 288 protocal), V32bis, V32, and V22.. It does not support V32Terbo (the 19.2 protocal). I am biased but I like it. I have…

Way ahead of you..unfortunately no luck so far (thanks all for suggestions). I pulled everything out. I don't think it's the harddrive (disconnected all drives from the bus and still nada (no WB prompt). I thought it might be something to do with RAM (I had installed some new zip…

it's interesting..I think back to the revolutionary war and the development of our country which probably never would have happened if people here weren't allowed to bear arms..throughout the 1800's I doubt there were very many homes that didn't have at least one firearm. I'm sure there were crimes commited…

He's probably alive but this in combination with his bbs machine going to the computer junk yard in the sky probably has his blood pressure up a bit (as if the rabid amiga/emplant owners (like me %-) ) who are anxiously/patiently waiting arn't enough trouble..). You've got to wonder how…

The newest for your modem is 1.8-05 but you probably won't notice any difference ( it was mainly a bug fix for a few very odd situations). I would suggest not spending th $19.95 it would cost to upgrade them. Alex
Try resetting the NovRam in the modem. Give it the command AT&F2&w&w1 then give it a try.. Alex – Supra Technical Services
