ISDn can offer you high speed connections to Network's with a voice connection at the same time, it think that's a big plus. Why ISDN is not so popular may be the price for your loop and the interface is not cheap, but that may change in a near future……

concerning that (transfering large files) the maxtransfer has to be set to $1ffff with th HDtoolBox .(That limit is set by the drive) Doing this it will clear your problem. Bye Michel

Chris,is the formatter a commercial productand does it support the floptical? Because i 'm not able to use my floptical i don't have a good formatter program for it. Thanks Michel
it seems the MAC side need a driver, since i was not able to format a a 20meg floptical.

As anybody tried to get a HP deskJet working with the A-MaxII.We tried that on my friend's system and when we tried to print something we have a reque er saying that it's spooling to the disk but soon after that we recevie another requester saying that it cannot talk…
i suppose your talking about a 20 meg floptical disk.If so the drive mechanism is made by Insite and it's working on the Amiga.(I personnaly own one) Bye Michel

well , a matter of fact these drives were aimed at the IBM market,and they support the 720k,1,44 and the 21MB (as per their tech support). But they are workink on the 40MB which will be release in a year time frame. Bye Michel
