fortunately, I did not have time to get angry per se… thats a total waste of energy, plus anger only results in the individual loss not that of MSS..I expressed total customer disatisfaction in their handling of customers. I suspect that they will not survive much longer if this attitude…

Sorry about that, I must have missed something somewhere…ProWrite on my 9-pin KXP-1080 (Panasonic) works really quite nicely…speed seems to be up there with the rest…but I did transfer the neww 1.3 drivers to my ProWrite disk.

Jim, I own ProWrite! (guess I should get that warrenty card in !!!), and am very satisfied with its performance. Henry indicated that he felt that the 1.3 drivers didn't improve speed any…although MY opinion (may not mean much) shows that on any printer the 1.3 drivers are almost 38-60%…

It is possible that we were all expecting a little more but, my nine pin Panasonic also does a heck of a job with WB 1.3. But different people may view the printing differently. See 1.3 really for speed and works under second printer option screen.
