Few American TVs will display a PAL signal. My Magnavox does, my little Emerson doesn't. The Maganavox-manufactured 1084 monitors are the only ones that handle PAL well too. Must have something to do with Philips/Magnavox being so big in Europe.
Joe, I've seen some PD/shareware programs that will add automatic Window arrangement to the Workbench. I've never used them, so I don't have any specific recommendations. Actually, I've yet to find a drive that doesn't work with the rate of 0x1ffe0, which is the rate recommended by Commodore Engineering for such drives.
