There is some talk (speculative at the moment) that it would be bundled with A500's which are purchased with 1 MB of RAM or more, which is what it needs to run. Makes no sense to give someone software that does not work. –Gabe

Ron, It's a new Amiga, not a new bridgeboard. I am sorry to take this position, but it's clearly new Amiga technology that the 3000 represents, not new Bridge technology. Additional bridge expansion was CLEARLY not the intention of Commodore. –Gabe
